CADAM is the acronym for Christ Against Drug Abuse Ministry. It is a faith-based Non-Governmental Organization. It was founded by Pastor E. A. Odeyemi of the Redeemed Christian Church of God in June 1991 to cater for the treatment and rehabilitation of drug addicts (male and female).
CADAM has a cordial working relationship with both local and international agencies involved in the same project, such as National Drug Law Enforcement Agency (NDLEA), National Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Yaba, National Neuro-Psychiatric Hospital, Aro-Abeokuta, other community-based NGOs and the United Nations Office for Drug and Crime control (UNODC).
CADAM engages the clergy, Church members, professionals and recovered addicts to provide care and services to our target groups (individuals, families, and communities).
Our motto is “Setting The Captives Free” derived from Isaiah 61:1.
